Day Training
Day training is an excellent option for people who want their dog to get expert training while still having their dog at home everyday. This alternative to a traditional board and train program is one of our most popular options. Monday through Friday, your trainer will come to your house to pick up your dog and take them on quality training outings. At the end of your pup’s daily training sessions, they return home and spend the night with you. At the end of each week, you will receive a transfer session to show you what your dog learned and how to incorporate it into your life.
There are multiple program options to select from depending on your goals for your individual dog. Each program includes all of your training equipment, including a leash and a remote training collar ($200 value).
5 Day Program– $800
This program is a great option for people who have a dog who just needs to pick up some basic life skills, and learn essential manners for everyday life.
–Leash manners, and learning to walk at your side politely.
–Recall, and understanding to come when you call and be responsive to you even around distractions.
–Jumping and greeting manners, and your dog having a clear understanding that they can be happy to greet guests without jumping all over them.
2 Lessons at your home are included
10 Day Program– $1500
This program is a great option for people who want to have a dog that is well behaved around distractions, at the local park, and in a busy neighborhood.
–Leash manners, and expanding upon the work in the first week to build a dog who is highly reliable around a variety of distractions and different situations.
–Recall, and understanding to come when you call and be responsive to you even around distractions.
–Place, and an ability to go to their bed when you ask them to, and to remain relaxed there until you release them.
–Jumping and greeting manners, and your dog having a clear understanding that they can be happy to greet guests without jumping all over them.
–House manners, and your dog having a clear understanding not to jump on counters, get into the trash, or other problem behaviors in the house.
4 lessons at your home are included
15 Day Program-$2000
This program is for people who want a high level of obedience around a variety of real world distractions, and who want to be able to take their dog to lots of different places. This program is also a good option for dog’s who are struggling with leash reactivity or other more complex behavior issues.
–Leash manners, and expanding upon the work in the first week to build a dog who is highly reliable around a variety of distractions and different situations.
–Recall, and understanding to come when you call and be responsive to you even around distractions.
–Place, and an ability to go to their bed when you ask them to, and to remain relaxed there until you release them.
–Sit and Down, and an implied stay with both, meaning that your dog will not break either position until released by you.
–Jumping and greeting manners, and your dog having a clear understanding that they can be happy to greet guests without jumping all over them.
–House manners, and your dog having a clear understanding not to jump on counters, get into the trash, or other problem behaviors in the house.
6 lessons at your home are included
Board and Train
The board and train option is an excellent choice for busy professionals and families. Your dog stays in a loving home environment, not a busy kennel setting. This means low stress, and also means that training will transfer very easily into your own home. Rather than learning to train your own dog, you will just have to learn how to handle a dog that already knows everything they need to. You will receive regular updates on your dog’s progress, and very thorough go home lessons at the end of your program to ensure you know everything that your dog does.
14 Day Board and Train
This program is an excellent option for dogs who need great manners and obedience, and aren’t struggling with any bigger behavioral issues (leash reactivity, etc). We build a solid understanding of obedience, and a communication system of feedback that allows our dog to really understand what we want from them.
Heeling: Polite walking at your side, matching your pace, and stopping when your stop. Your dog will be able to maintain this skill even around people, dogs, and other real life distractions.
Recall: Responsiveness to coming when called, even when off leash around distractions.
Place: Being able to go to a bed or other designated place when asked. This is a wonderful skill for when guests come over, meal times, or other busy times in your household.
Manners: Working through problem behaviors (barking, jumping, door bolting, counter surfing) that are an issue for your dog around the house.
Stays: Being able to leave your dog in a sit or down, regardless of what is going on around you.
Training You: Two in home sessions when your dog graduates, ensuring that you have all of the information you need to maintain training at home.
